Work and Courage

Whenever you watch a Youtube video and think “This is bad, this person should stop”, step back and think twice about it. Have you realized how much work and courage it’s taken to make this video and post it online?

The same goes for almost everything. When you’re at the restaurant and you genuinely don’t like the dish you’ve ordered, just say it. But remember there’s a guy in the kitchen who’s tried to do his best to have you enjoy your meal.

In everything, there is work and courage.

Before judging or criticizing, think of it. As for your own business, work and courage are the two ingredients you’ll need to take your cooking to the next level.
