I love to stay at home.
Don’t get me wrong though.
I also love hiking, inline-skating, nature walking, and all that stuff.
But I really love to be cozy at home, although I know it’s bad to stay home for too long.
So I come up with tricks for myself, and that literally changes my life.
For instance: I buy tiny trash bags to force myself to go out often, I throw as little leftovers as I can to force myself to try new recipes, I keep the curtains open to force myself to wake up earlier as the sun burns my face, and so on.
If you have difficulties to get rid of a bad habit, trick yourself. Even beyond bad habits, if you just want to do something that’s good for you, come up with creative tricks for yourself.
