The Chameleon Curse

Humans are like chameleons, they change color.

In an attempt to please everyone, people change their opinion, their behavior, and even the person they are if they have to.

Most people will tell you they never lie to please anyone. But it’s subtle and invisible. When they smile back at a stranger. When they say everything is alright although they’re sad. People transform themselves.

Now imagine. What if the chameleon spends so much time changing his color, that he can’t remember what color he originally is?
