Power Stories
Stories have power.
And that certainly is the reason why storytelling has had such an increase in popularity within the last five years.
When people tell their stories, they help us envision life differently.
Beyond that, hearing people’s stories makes us feel better, like we’re not the only person going through hard times.
The phenomenon #MeToo sums it up quite well. Having common stories with other individuals has a tremendous power.
It’s a source of inspiration, and yet another way to signal “Hey, I’ve been through the same episode. Listen. Here’s my story, here’s how I dealt with it, and here’s how it’s ended.”
Don’t be shy.
Tell yours, it could greatly inspire people and give them the courage to overcome their personal life obstacles.
