Let Me Fix That

Hard work is good work.

Doing the exact same thing a thousand times to improve your skills and produce a better result. Learning more about what you’re working on. Studying what other people did and how they got to their results so you can reproduce their achievements.

This is hard work.

But what happens when you work so hard that, eventually, you produce nothing? What happens when you work so hard that, eventually, you’re afraid of showing your work because you know it is crap compared to what others did?

For sure, the journey is its own reward. Yet it’s gotta end.

Don’t be so perfectionist. There is no end to this race for perfection. Just go for it.
