Fake It Until You Sleep It

That is my number one technique to fall asleep quickly. Trust me I’m a night owl.


If you’re having difficulties to fall asleep when it’s late, just fake it. Literally.


Open your mouth, and inhale and exhale slowly. Make sure you feel your stomach inflate and deflate as you breathe in and out.


Your body will start to feel very itchy, do not scratch.


Relax every single muscle in your face, and uncross your arms and legs.


Now keep breathing without moving anything.


You’ll either start to lucid dream, or fall asleep within five minutes.
