Quantom box is a subscription box. Once you are subscribed, you receive one box per month for as long as you want.
Can I order a box from a previous month?
Yes you can. Please send a message to our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us which box you want, and we will make our best to get it shipped to you if we still have every item of it. We will give you a special coupon to use on this website so our packaging team recognizes your specific order.
Is there a special pricing for schools and companies?
We have an exclusive on-demand service. When you subscribe, our packaging team prepares your order and ships it within 1-2 business days. Then, you will receive it within 3-5 business days depending on where you live.
What if the box is damaged?
Please send pictures of your box to our customer support at email@example.com. We will ask you to ship it back to us so we can examine it and fully refund you if there has been a problem with your delivery.
How to use my 30-day money-back guarantee?
Please send a message to our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Just tell us you want to cancel your subscription and get refunded. We will send you all the information you need to ship the box back to us, you will not be charged anymore, and we will refund you completely once we receive the undamaged box with each and every item in it.
This guarantee works even if you have opened the box. We care about our customers, we only expect you to keep every item in perfect condition when you ship the box back to us.
What does automatic renewal mean?
It means that your monthly subscription will be automatically renewed for successive monthly periods. Upon renewal of a subscription, your payment method used for the purchase of the subscription service will automatically be charged the same amount as your initial subscription purchase until cancelled.

What if my box has been shipped before I cancelled my subscription?
Please send a message to our customer support at email@example.com. We will try to figure out a win-win solution. However, we can neither cancel a planned delivery nor refund you in case you receive your shipped box after the cancellation.
When am I charged?
You will be charged each month, between the 1st and the 10th.
Will there be any additional cost to my subscription?
No. The Quantum One package is an all-in-one product. You won’t have to pay for the shipping
